Casa Austin is an idyllic vacation home. Its hill-top setting offers expansive views of the bay and hills, gorgeous sunsets, and serenity, yet it is an easy 5 minute walk to the sands of San Juan del Sur and the bustle of town, and only a short drive to the best beaches in Central America, where you can surf, snorkel, swim and dive.
Its creative architecture and landscaping promote an ideal use of indoor/outdoor space, and provide a living area that opens to a private pool, a kitchen that leads to an outdoor dining room, and a master bedroom that overlooks a patio with hammocks. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, air-conditioning and personal bathrooms, and the two living room couches were designed to double as twin size beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped, and the entertainment system boasts a comprehensive sound system, television, dvd player and a shelf devoted to board games. A bilingual full-time caretaker, who can assist in meeting your vacation needs, is on site 24 hours a day, and maid service is provided. A car is not necessary to enjoy the spoils of San Juan del Sur, which include day spas, delicious restaurants, live music, movie nights, a vibrant bar scene, and tour companies that can arrange surf trips, sailing voyages, fishing excursions, horseback riding, and canopy tours.
