Located in a gated community five minutes from downtown San Juan del Sur, this brand-new two-story house, perched on the bluff, has spectacular views of Nacascolo Bay.
The house has three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. Bedrooms have ample closet space and are furnished with either a full or queen size bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishes, silverware, and pots & pans.There are two TV's in the house, both with DVD player. Bed linens and towels are provided. The large upstairs balcony and covered patio downstairs are great places to relax in a hammock and enjoy the view.
