Description
Townhouse #9 is a comfortable two-story, two bedroom home that offers over 1,500 square feet of living space. Located between two neighborhoods of the Hacienda Iguana beach and golf course community, the townhouse is a short, picturesque walk from the beach and an ideal place to spend your vacation.
The townhouse boasts two porches and a balcony: a closed porch with an outdoor shower, surf rack and sink to clean fish; a porch off the dining room that overlooks the golf course with rockers and a fan; and a master bedroom balcony with hammock chairs to relax in the evening.
The first floor is open concept, with the kitchen flowing into the living and dining room. There is also a convenient half bath downstairs. The living room houses a 42” TV and Wi-Fi ready DVD player, and plenty of videos, books and games to enjoy when not on the beach. There is Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the house, as well as satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishware and up-graded appliances to facilitate cooking or order in.
Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, walk in closet and a 32” TV with Google Chromecast, while the second bedroom has a queen and 2 single beds (trundle bed style). In total, the house provides sleeping accommodations for up to 6 visitors. There are a/c units in the bedrooms and downstairs, in addition to a wonderful cross breeze the home receives when the doors and windows are open.
