Located on a hilltop off La Chocolata road, 5 minutes from San Juan del Sur and 10 minutes from Playa Maderas. Enjoy amazing views of San Juan and stunning sunsets from the infinity pool, outdoor patio or 2nd story veranda that has amazing views of San Juan del Sur & Nacascolo Bay.

Note:A minimum of $50 fee will be charged for any damages done to the property, this may be more depending on the damage.

Note: all three 2nd floor bedrooms have access to an outdoor veranda that has amazing views of San Juan del Sur and Nacascolo Bay.
